WebSmart Business was incorporated in Ohio in 1995 and focused on the emerging field of Internet marketing. Our founder, Dr. Jerry R. Perrich, P.E. has more than 25 years experience in business, including positions as President, Vice-President for Business Development, Marketing Manager, and Manufacturing Supervisor. A licensed professional engineer, inventor, and patent holder, he earned a doctorate in Engineering. In addition to his technical skills, he has practiced and taught marketing for more than 25 years.
